Silvia Stabile graduated in law from the University of Milan, earning a Ph.D. from the same University. A member of the Milan Bar Association, she is of counsel at BonelliErede and a member of the art and cultural heritage, high-end, private clients focus teams.
An expert in art law, she works with private banks and family offices, HNWI, and HNWF to manage essential collections. She assists public and private museums, foundations and artist archives, galleries, publishers, publishers, designers, architects, photographers, artists, experts, and art advisors, in the international circulation, protection, and enhancement of artworks and collections.
He has extensive experience in creativity in all its expressions, working with major international groups in the luxury goods and fashion industry to manage projects in heritage marketing, content digitization, historical corporate archives and corporate museums, and cultural heritage sponsorship.
A consultant to the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism for the drafting of the strategic plan for the development of photography in Italy, he teaches intellectual property law in the Heritage School course of the Foundation School of Cultural Heritage and Activities of Mibact. He also collaborated with Milan’s National and International Arbitration Chamber to create Adr Arte. He is a lecturer in the postgraduate course in tourism promotion and cultural heritage management of the Department of Cultural Heritage of the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna. Scientific director of the master’s degree in law and taxation of international art markets (Ipsoa Wolters Kluwer), he teaches management of family art assets in Aifo’s master’s degree in the family office and law of fashion archives in Luiss’ master’s degree in fashion law.
A member of Paiam and Alai, she is a speaker at conferences in art and cultural heritage law and an author of publications in the field.
