She has been counsel at Hogan Lovells since 2003 and is the head of the tax law department of the Italian offices; previously, she had more than nine years of experience in one of the Big four consulting firms in the role of the senior manager.
She received her bachelor’s degree in economics and business from “La Sapienza” University of Rome in 1992. She has been a certified public accountant since 1993 and an auditor since 1999. She has provided tax assistance to Italian companies and multinational groups for over 25 years.
She is frequently invited as a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars. She teaches tax issues at the Luiss “Guido Carli” master’s degree in business law and the law and business master’s degree at the Il Sole 24 Ore business school. He has co-authored several books, including “Private equity and venture capital – regulation and good practice,” published by Aifi.
He loves spending his free time with family and friends, taking the opportunity to try new recipes and thus cultivate his passion for cooking. Movies, theater, and hiking are her favorite hobbies.
