A graduate with honors in economics from Luiss Guido Carli in Rome, she is a certified public accountant and auditor.
Over the years, she has gained extensive experience assisting national and international companies and groups operating in the It, media, fashion, design, medical and paramedical, energy, utility, shipping, banking, and insurance sectors.
Roberta deals, in particular, with tax issues related to m&a and private equity transactions, domestic and international taxation of corporate groups, taxation of Ias/Ifrs adopters, taxation of investment and real estate funds, taxation of financial products, tax of HNWI, taxation of trusts, interpellations and voluntary disclosure proceedings. He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several Italian listed and unlisted companies.
She has collaborated for over 15 years with Luiss Business School (a division of Luiss Guido Carli) as a lecturer for advanced training courses in tax law.
Married and mother of a 16-year-old girl, she loves to spend her free time reading, playing outdoor sports, and - from time to time - trying to resume her old piano studies.
