Italian-British case lawyer specializing in tax and penal-tributary law, born in 1981 and enrolled in the Florence Bar Association since 2008.
A graduate in law (University of Florence, 2005) and in economics and business (University of Bologna, 2020), at the age of 23, he obtained an LL.M. in international and European tax law (University of Amsterdam, 2006). He received a Ph.D. in public and tax law in the European dimension (University of Bergamo, 2013) and was a research fellow in tax law (the university of Florence, 2014-17), finally specializing as a lawyer specializing in tax law (Uncat School, 2017-18).
The author of more than 80 papers that have appeared in Italian and foreign journals, as well as in collected and encyclopedic volumes, he is co-author of a monograph on green taxes and has edited a collection in English on the tax profiles of environmental pollution.
He is a member of the editorial board of the Quarterly Journal of Tax Law (Giappichelli) and the Journal of International Tax Law (Sapienza University Publishers).
He underwent professional training at Cordeiro Guerra (2006-18) and Puri Bracco Lenzi (2018-20) while always remaining linked to Studio Legale Mastellone, of which he is now the tax manager, as well as the founder of Homeland Tuscany, a project aimed at providing 360° assistance to HNWI who intend to invest or relocate to Italy.
He deals with international tax law, tax crimes, energy, real estate and sports taxation, corporate and HNWI taxation, wealth planning, and asset protection. He assists taxpayers in procedures with tax agencies and advocates for them in tax litigation and criminal proceedings for tax offenses, including before the Court of Cassation.
Active in associationism, he is a Step full member and a member of Aija, Ifa, Uncat, and Aispdt.
He spends his free time with his family women, plays drums in a rock band, practices Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and enjoys traveling and sailing.
