After graduating from the Faculty of Law in Florence, with a stint at the University of Maastricht, he holds a master’s degree in intellectual property from the Politecnico di Milano. He specializes in advertising law at Iap.
He embarks on a career focused exclusively on intellectual property. He works in London for Linklaters and in Milan for Gop and Clifford Chance. He co-founded the boutique firm Casucci-Ferretti. Of-counsel at Perathoner & Partners, after a stint with Bardehle-Pagenberg, became a partner at Nunziante Magrone in 2016.
He leads a team of lawyers specializing in patent, trademark, design, unfair competition, copyright, and publicity law there. He assists clients in various industries, including fashion, furniture, food, automotive, mechanical, electronics, pharmaceutical, and biomedical.
He has conducted training initiatives for various universities. On behalf of the European Commission and Epo, he has participated in missions to many foreign countries. He is frequently involved in seminars by Euipo. He has directed numerous courses sponsored by Altalex, Euroconference, and Lexenia. Fashion lawyer 2018, he founded a LinkedIn group called Fashion Law and conceived the popularized format Ip Hour. He has numerous commentaries and articles that have appeared in the most prestigious Italian and foreign trade publications.
He is active in the community of professionals specializing in Ip, a member of Ecta, Les, Eplaw, and the Ficpi Enforcement Committee.
