Lawyer, Certified Public Accountant - Rossi Tax Firm

"It's a long way to the top if you wanna rock and roll" (AC/DC)

Lawyer, certified public accountant, class of 1981, the third generation of tax law professionals.

With degrees in law and economics, he trained in the family firm, where he gained more than a decade of experience in business taxation and tax litigation. Specialized studies passed (and continue) through several master’s degrees in tax law and process, asset protection and transmission, and art law and taxation (the latter is both a passion and a professional specialization).

Casertano, by origin, landed in Milan, where he now feels at home dealing cross-culturally with estate planning, generational business transition, structuring tools for wealth transmission, and tax litigation.

He co-authored a guide dedicated to the world of art collecting and a tax law handbook and frequently writes in journals on tax litigation, taxation, and art law.

Committed to professional associationism, he is a member of the National Union of Chambers of Tax Lawyers, secretary of the study commission “planning and protection of assets” of the Milan Ugdcec, and a member of the Milan Aidc.

In his spare time, he enjoys music: growing up with the Beatles, Bruce Springsteen, and Pearl Jam, he loves to combine travel with concerts. He collects whiskey and is passionate about hiking, photography, yoga, and meditation, with a deep calling to constantly improve himself. All supported (and endured) by his lovely wife, Scarlett.
