Born in Milan in 1977 and married with two daughters, he is passionate about golf and mountains. He holds a degree in economics from the University of Castellanza (LIUC) and a Master’s degree in International Taxation.
He joined the Pirola Pennuto Zei firm in 2001 and, after three years, decided to join the tax department of the German multinational group Bayer as a tax manager. After two years, he chose to return to consulting and, in 2008, began his collaboration at Studio Spada Partners, of which he became a partner in 2011. He is a certified public accountant and auditor. He currently focuses on corporate taxation, tax planning and M&A transactions, VAT, and transfer pricing. He has also gained significant experience managing private equity and venture capital investments.
As part of his career, he has developed a deep understanding of tax issues in the life sciences sector. He is a member of boards of statutory auditors of leading industrial and financial companies and has also authored publications and spoken at conferences and courses.
