Graduated in law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with a thesis on European tax harmonization, obtained a Master's degree in tax law with honors from the same University and a Ph.D. in tax law - business & law from the University of Brescia and Bergamo.
An experienced lawyer in national and international tax law, he specializes in energy, corporate and indirect taxation (excise and vat). His practice extends from client advice and assistance to litigation. He also collaborates with various Swiss law firms and trust companies. He is registered as a technical consultant specializing in national and international tax law with the Court of Milan.
Author of a monograph on the taxation of tobacco and innovative products at the European level, he regularly publishes in national newspapers (including Il Sole 24 Ore) and in scientific journals in the field, including international ones.
He is a lecturer in several university master's degrees and advanced courses and a speaker at scientific conferences in Italy and abroad; he is an active participant in various national associations, including the National Association of Italian Taxation Lawyers (Anti). He participates in expert groups (including Telefisco) and is a member of scientific committees. These activities allow him to discuss and share his ideas actively.
