Lawyer, tax lawyer, and partner of Arkios Legal, an emerging Cutting edge law firm, practicing in the Rome office. Classically trained, he graduated first in 2006 law and economics and then in 2008 in law, finally obtaining in 2010 the title of specialist for the legal professions with a forensic focus at the Lumsa University in Rome.
He mainly deals with consulting and litigation in tax law: his areas of specialization include, among others, trusts and foundations, generation-skipping transition planning, real estate, and family law. He has also gained specific expertise in the area of debt collection and judicial sales, holding positions as judicial custodian or delegated professional, pending his registration since 2014 in the relevant list held at the Court of Rome. He has also recently focused on structuring and finalizing a wide range of securitization transactions (including securitizations of impaired loans).
Finally, his expertise includes significant experience in sports law, having assisted major companies in licensing intellectual property rights related to sports and eSport events. He advises negotiating television, advertising, and sponsorship rights between national and international sports federations, football clubs, and major sports broadcasters worldwide for professional sports leagues. He has trained in several leading Italian and international law firms. He is an adjunct professor at the master’s degree program in tax law, “Luigi Einaudi,” at the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” and collaborates with the chair of the tax law of Prof. Lawyer Pietro Boria at the same university. Since 2011 he has been a member of the Rome Bar Association, where he was a member of the Sports Law Commission, while today, he is a member of the Real Estate Litigation and Execution Commission.
A sportsman since birth, despite advancing years, he does not disdain to participate in tournaments or simple amateur basketball, soccer, and padel matches. He is happily married and the father of a daughter and son who represents the meaning of life itself.
