Graduated with honors in law, registered with the Milan Bar Association. Visiting student at Boalt Hall Law School in Berkeley (Ca) and research fellow at Politecnico di Milano, Best department.
He worked at Pavia and Ansaldo Law Firm and Ashurst Morris Crisp (now Ashurst), whose Italian office he participated in opening in 2001. Today he is a founding partner of Il punto/Corfac International and Lexcc Law Firm. He is president of the Italian Chapter of Fiabci (The international real estate federation) and vice-president of Aspesi (National association between real estate promotion and development companies), as well as a member of Sior (Society of industrial and office realtors), Isivi (Italian real estate appraisal institute), Ai (Appraisal institute), Aici (Italian association of real estate consultants, managers, and appraisers), Irwa (International right of way association) and Cre (The Counselors of real estate).
He was appointed to the Comi – Committee of Market Operators and Investors, Investors of Consob by Resolution No. 20824 of February 20, 2019. He has co-authored several publications and organized industry conferences and events.
He is married and has three children. He has been passionate about sailing since his teenage years when he attended the Les Glénans sailing school for several years. He loves traveling and the Monferrato region.
