A certified public accountant in Milan and Turin, and founding partner of the tax and corporate consulting firm Vasapolli & Associati, he advises private clients on trusts, estate planning, generational transition, and asset protection. He began his practice in the United States at Arthur Andersen.
He practices by following clients throughout Italy and routinely works with leading financial institutions operating in the private banking sector for their clients’ needs.
He is an accredited professional of the “Associazione il trust in Italia,” a full member (Tep) of the “Society of trust and estate practitioners” and a member of the International Fiscal association.
He is the scientific director of the work Modulo24 wealth planning published by Il Sole 24 Ore and of the magazine of the same name.
He is an expert for Il Sole 24 Ore, with which he regularly collaborates, and is the author of numerous essays and more than four hundred articles on tax law, trusts, and estate planning tools for several of the most critical journals in the field.
He was an adjunct tax law professor for 12 years for the Scuola Superiore dell’Economia e delle Finanze (Ssef) in Rome and participates in scientific committees and study commissions of various bodies, associations, and journals.
Married with three daughters, he is an avid sailor and skier.
