Stefano Valerio, 49, a graduate of the University of Milan, is a founding and managing partner of Studio Gatti Pavesi Bianchi.
Co-head of the m&a and capital markets practice, he has particular experience in acquisition transactions, listing on the stock exchange, and assistance to Spacs, having personally followed the establishment of the first vehicle under Italian law and is the advisor of the foremost transactions in the sector.
He has also been involved in restructuring operations of industrial groups in crisis and sits on several boards of directors of listed companies. He is also the author of legal and editorial writings, including the book “Private Equity Techniques.”
Stephen is a great fan of tennis and cinema. He loves the sea and misses no opportunity to retreat to his beloved homeland, Salento, with his wife and two children.
