He is CEO, partner, and head of M&A at Grant Thornton financial advisory services, an advisory firm belonging to the Grant Thornton network. He worked for 12 years at several leading private equity funds operating in Italy, including Finlombarda gestioni, Impresa & finanza (as executive director), and Arca impresa gestioni.
His areas of specialization include: assisting Italian and foreign investors in the acquisition of companies operating in the Italian territory; helping Italian companies interested in expanding their business across borders through acquisitions; assisting in exit strategies with the simultaneous search for industrial partners or investors; and assisting in generational transitions in family-owned businesses.
