Paduan by birth, Neapolitan by blood, Milanese by adoption. Passionate about music, any excuse is good to sing, even to accompany the soundtracks of the studio videos.
With a law degree from Padua and a master’s degree from Sole24Ore in extraordinary transactions, she initially thought of being a notary public but had second thoughts and joined Clifford Chance, becoming passionate about finance. She moved to Milan, where she began working in banking, particularly in acquisition and corporate finance, in a male-dominated world. He consolidates relationships with central banks operating in the sector following many financing transactions, mainly serving the world of private equity sponsors.
At the age of 35, she became a partner at Pavia and Ansaldo and became increasingly specialized in assisting banks and alternative credit operators in the different forms of corporate financing, from minibonds to private placements.
In February 2019, she joined Orrick International Law Firm as a partner, lectures at seminars on leverage and corporate finance, and writes in industry journals.
She is included among the next-generation Banking and Finance partners in Legal 500’s 2020 ranking.
