Graduated from Luiss Guido Carli in Rome (faculty of law), she holds a master’s degree in family office from Aifo Academy and a master’s degree in trusts law in home countries and Italy under the scientific direction of Professor Alberto Lupoi.
She began her professional career in a prestigious Italian legal boutique and continued in the international law firm circuit.
Always convinced that strong-willed humility should be the hallmark of the true professional, she sought from the outset to combine the pragmatism of the bar with academic speculation, flanking her law practice with university involvement and publishing for important legal journals in the field during the early years of her specialized training. He spent a substantial period in Switzerland as legal counsel for a renowned Swiss wealth management consulting firm, honing skills in providing “tailor-made” family office services for high-net-worth global families.
A lawyer, he is managing counsel in Dentons Europe law and tax firm, Milan office, and certified family officer (Ex Lege 4/2013 Register – Mise List). He routinely follows Italian and foreign high-net-worth individuals in domestic and cross-border asset allocation, segregation, and reorganization projects and their implementation. In this area, he has also gained significant experience in domestic and international estate planning. He provides legal assistance in structuring generational transfer processes within family businesses.
