Maria Cristiana is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). She has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1992 and of the Special Register of Lawyers admitted to legal aid before the Court of Cassation and other Superior Jurisdictions. She is a qualified family officer ex Lege 4/2013 Mise.
She is an attorney at Studio Maisto e Associati and head of the same firm’s civil and civil litigation department. She graduated in law with honors from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
After an internship at the State Attorney’s Office in Milan, she began working with Professor Angelo Carlo Pelosi, a professor of private law institutions at the University of Milan, with whom she practiced for more than fifteen years. He later served at the Pavia and Ansaldo firm for ten years.
The main focus of his practice is the private clients’ sector, for which he takes care of the civil law aspects of succession, family law, third sector, and asset protection, both nationally and internationally. He has assisted numerous national and international families in complex transactions and disputes involving the management and destination of family assets and in planning the generational transition.
She is a member of prestigious associations in the field of private clients nationally and internationally, has authored numerous articles, and participated as a speaker at various conferences.
She is married with three children and a dog. She enjoys family, sports (skiing and swimming), and conviviality in her spare time.
