Spagna
"If you lose touch with nature, you lose touch with humanity" (Jiddu Krishnamurti).

Born in Barcelona, she lived briefly in Belgium and England, then moved to Switzerland 10 years ago. After a law degree from the University of Barcelona, she earned a master’s degree in international business law (2002) and a master’s in international tax planning (2004).

Her training took place in prominent local and international companies. She started working in 2000 and, before coming to Anaford, spent most of her legal career at Baker McKenzie in Barcelona.

At the technical level, she specialized in international taxation for wealth-owning families, family offices, and corporations, and her practice is focused on restructuring transactions, most of which have to do with Spain. She has also gained significant experience in transnational succession planning, combining civil and ordinary jurisdictions.

In 2010 she co-founded a law firm in Zurich, Anaford Attorneys, and opened offices in Valencia, Barcelona, and Madrid. The firm provides legal and tax advice in asset management to financial intermediaries, insurance companies, asset managers, family offices, and corporate service providers. She participates as a speaker at conferences related to families with large estates on issues such as international succession, tax residency, and wealth reorganizations.

She considers herself an active and resilient person with diverse interests. Her four children are the fundamental pillar of her life. After the death of her beloved husband in 2018, she learned that life is about living and valuing every moment with her loved ones. She enjoys reading and outdoor activities and feels fortunate to live in a country with beautiful mountains.
