Graduated in Law from the University of Genoa in 1997, Gianpiero Succi attended the Master of Laws at the College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium, and in 2000, the year in which he entered the legal profession, he joined BonelliErede, becoming a Partner in 2009 and of which he is now a member of the Board.
Attorney Succi is an expert in corporate Law and has developed specific expertise in the judicial field. Responsible for the Ethiopian practice and development in sub-Saharan Africa, he has expertise in the African market and is a member of the Firm’s Africa Committee and Africa Team. He is responsible for organizing work between the Italian practice and coordinating the Ethiopian practice.
He is also interested in M&A and corporate Law, both domestic and cross-border, particularly in extraordinary transactions and corporate crises, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, outstanding finance transactions, and capital markets.
Gianpiero Succi is also a Private Clients Focus Team Leader member and has expertise in succession and generational transition, family wealth management, governance, family businesses, and asset management legal issues.
