A lawyer qualified in the Superior Jurisdictions, he is a founding partner of LS Lexjus Sinacta, a professional reality with nine offices in Italy where more than 200 professionals work. He has been involved in corporate and capital markets for over 35 years. He has gained specific experience in the field of small and medium-sized companies and, in particular so-called family businesses, areas in which he is a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
For more than 25 years, he has held positions as an independent or non-executive director, or as a member of the board of statutory auditors in leading national credit institutions, including Banca Nazionale del Lavoro and Artigiancassa, in asset management companies, in controlling holding companies of listed companies, in the international aerospace and pharmaceutical companies, in investment committees of leading investment funds, and foundations of banking origin.
He is currently chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fsa network of companies, established between LS Lexjus Sinacta, Prometeia sim, and Family strategy to provide an integrated service to the world of family businesses; he is also chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Invitalia, chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Reithera, board member of Banca di Bologna.
He contributed within LS lexjus Sinacta to achieving many national awards, including TopLegal Awards, Le Fonti Awards, The Legal 500, Forbes, and Motore Italia Award.
