Born in Mottola (TA), he lived his adolescence in the city of Lecce. After graduating in law from the University of Parma, he attended an Ipsoa master’s degree in tax law and qualified to practice law.
In 2001 he began his professional activity as a legal and tax consultant of Studio Tributario Associato to the auditing firm “Mazars” in Milan. Following a spin-off, he joined the firm Dottori Commercialisti Associati, dealing with legal, tax, and tax litigation consulting.
In 2006 he began working with the trust company Unione Fiduciaria S.p.A., Milan, where he provides legal advice, both from a civil and fiscal point of view, in trust transactions, in the area of succession planning as well as in the adoption of instruments for the protection and management of personal assets and favor of the private bankers of the member banks.
In 2008 he gave up his freelance activity to join, full-time, the Legal Area team of Unione Fiduciaria. From the same year, he actively participated in developing and managing the company’s Trustee activity, assuming the position of attorney.
In 2016, he joined the trust company Crossfid S.p.A., in Milan, as legal manager. In 2017, he assumed the position of managing director of the trust company Nudusminister Srl, based in Milan. He has participated as a speaker at various conferences and is the author of several articles on trust operations and generational transition. He is married and passionate about golf, tennis, rugby, and soccer.
