A native Valdostana, immediately after graduating with honors from the University of Pavia, she moved to Milan, where she began practicing law in the corporate department of the Eversheds firm. After gaining specific experience in extraordinary transactions and corporate contracts, she landed at Withers firm, where she developed expertise in UHNWI and managing significant assets.
She spent a year in the Withers office in New York and, at the age of 33, became a partner at R&P Legal, where she increasingly focused on cross-border transactions, assisting foreign clients in the acquisition and management of the business and private assets in Italy as well as Italian families and entrepreneurs concerning their interests in Italy and abroad.
To increase her experience in the family business and add to her legal background integrated skills necessary to protect and guide family assets broadly, she attends Aifo Academy’s master’s program in the family office. She qualified as a certified family officer Ex Lege 4/2013 (Mise List).
She is currently one of the three founding partners of the Italian office and the European gateway of the U.S. law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, where she acts as a trusted advisor to leading families and entrepreneurs with worldwide interests.
She teaches at 24ORE business school for a master’s in law and business and SDA Bocconi school of management for a master’s in corporate & finance.
She is a member of the association Il Trust in Italia, the Italian family officer association, and the International bar association.
She loves traveling and discovering exotic and hidden destinations where he can practice diving, windsurfing, and trekking.
