A tax lawyer and professional trustee, he is the founder of Latrofa Tax Law Firm and Mida trust company. Born in 1969, he graduated from Bari and immediately moved to Milan, where he was able to further his specialized studies in domestic and international tax law at Bocconi.
After several years in Milan in the tax department of a leading international law firm, he continued his career in Rome in the office of a well-known university professor. He mainly deals with the law and taxation of trusts, tax litigation and tax issues related to m&a transactions, domestic and international taxation, interpellations, third sector, and generational transition.
A former lecturer at the “Higher School of Economics and Finance,” he is a permanent speaker in several master’s and courses on tax litigation law and trusts law. Topics for which he has published articles, e-books, and scientific contributions.
He has been a member since 1999 of the association “The trust in Italy,” founded and chaired by Prof. Maurizio Lupoi, where he is a member of the board of directors and president of the “Register of professional trustees and guardians.” He is a “full member of Step international,” a member of A.n.t.i. and the Tax Defenders Association.
Married since 2002, he enjoys cooking, reading, and his art collection in his spare time. He is co-founder and trustee of the non-profit Trust for the earthquake victims of Accumoli and Amatrice and was the guardian of the non-profit Trust for fundraising for the Morandi Bridge victims.
