After graduating with honors in economics and business law, he obtained a Master’s degree in “Protection, Transmission, and Management of Family Assets” from 24Ore Business School and a Master’s degree in “Corporate Law” from Ipsoa Training School.
A member of the Verona Bar Association of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors, he is also a Tep (Trust and estate practitioner) and a full member of Step Italy (an international network of estate planning professionals), and a member of Nedcommunity (Italian Association of Non-Executive and Independent Directors).
He is a partner in Studio Righini e Associati (with offices in Verona and Milan), where he mainly deals with extraordinary transactions, group reorganization, and generational handover (about asset protection and transmission instruments).
He is a member of the Business Law and Extraordinary Transactions Commission and the Trusts and Asset Protection Instruments Commission of the Verona Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is passionate about sports (he is a former competitive swimmer), reading and nature.
