Giovanni Cristofaro

Three of his passions are his wife and children first, then detective novels and sports.
A 2001 graduate of LUISS- Libera Università degli Studi Sociali in Law, he is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
After collaborating with Prof. Avv. Maurizio Lupoi, he joined Chiomenti in 2006, becoming a partner in 2017. In 2007 he did a secondment in London at an international merchant bank. Since 2015 he has been in charge of the firm’s Wealth Management Business Unit. He assists Italian and foreign clients in the planning, managing, and employing of family assets, including business and art, with a particular focus on wealth planning, including estate planning, generational transitions, and trusts.
He is a member of the IBA (International Bar Association), “The Trust in Italy” Association, and STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
He is mentioned in rankings produced by Chambers & Partners in the private wealth sector and appears in the Private Client Global Elite list edited by LegalWeek.
He has authored numerous publications and is a frequent speaker at international and national conferences.
