A law graduate from the State University of Milan, he works mainly in tax consulting and assistance in the national and international arena for leading banks and industrial, commercial, and financial companies.
He deals with succession planning of shareholders of various corporate groups and annuity planning (financial and non-financial) of individuals (high net worth individuals); he has been involved in corporate restructuring, tax litigation, and M&A, also assisting domestic and international private equity funds.
Before joining CBA, he was a partner in the firm Andersen Legal.
He has authored articles in legal journals and specialized newspapers. He frequently participates as a speaker at events and seminars and is a member of boards of directors and statutory auditors of numerous companies operating in the industrial and financial sectors.
Passionate about all outdoor activities, including racing and mountain biking, downhill skiing, and high mountain trekking. In addition, his hobbies include theater and movies.
