Born in Milan in 1963, he is a graduate of economics and business (Bocconi University) and in music and entertainment sciences (Milan State University); he is a professor of financial market law at Bocconi University.
He has 30 years of experience in financial regulatory consulting, with particular reference to the sector of investment funds, financial products, banks, sims, insurance companies, and pension funds. He has supervised and followed numerous listed issuers for the profiles on corporate information, corporate governance, and prevention of market abuse.
He is the author of more than 150 publications in the field, including the reference manual now in its 10th edition (La disciplina del mercato mobiliare, Turin, Giappichelli).
He founded the Annunziata&Conso network, headquartered in Milan, which operates in consulting and services aimed at financial operators.
In 2013 he began teaching at the State University of Milan, where he teaches courses on musicological subjects focusing on the history of French music. He started a new line of research investigating the relationship between music and law, publishing a monograph and a collected work of international resonance (Law and opera, Berlin, Springer).
In music, he follows issues related to copyright law and the use of new technologies (blockchain).
He has held and holds corporate positions in listed companies, banks, investment fund management companies, and major music institutions.
He is fluent in the following foreign languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, and Russian. In addition to music and the arts, he has a soft spot for the dog breed and happily cohabits with seven beautiful dogs. He has three daughters, who work in fashion, music, and industrial design.
