He is an attorney and partner at the law and tax firm Dla Piper, where he chairs the client committee and is a member of the international tax committee. He specializes in international taxation, tax litigation (following assignments ranging from tax audit assistance to trial defense), wealth planning, and criminal tax law.<\/p>\n
Before joining Dla Piper, he was counsel for a leading international law firm after serving several years as an officer in the Guardia di Finanza, constantly dealing with tax and criminal-tax issues.<\/p>\n
He regularly contributes to leading national newspapers and journals of Italian and international doctrine. He is a Ph.D. (Ph.D.) and adjunct professor of tax law, coordinator of the scientific committee of Step Italy (Society of trust and estate practitioners), and member of the scientific committee of Corriere Tributario magazine.<\/p>\n
A graduate cum laude in law from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata,” he also holds a bachelor’s degree in economic-financial sciences and political science from the University of Trieste. He is a court-appointed lawyer.<\/p>\n
