The funding will accelerate its mission to help companies manage employee wellbeing, addressing the growing demand for&nbsp;<strong>work-life balance, <\/strong>now a key factor in job selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>XBooks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bari-based fintech startup, specialising in tax software and digital asset investments, announced a&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac1.9 million<\/strong>&nbsp;capital increase. Its goal is to become the European benchmark for&nbsp;<strong>tax compliance in investments<\/strong>, particularly in cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hotiday<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This travel-tech startup purchases unsold hotel rooms and resells them online as a decentralised hotel chain. It completed a&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac5.5 million<\/strong>&nbsp;investment round, which will expand its European destination portfolio and forge new partnerships in premium tourist
