A graduate in economics and business law with a professional focus from Bocconi University in Milan, he is registered as a certified public accountant and in the Register of Auditors.
Today he serves as a partner in the tax law department of Lca law firm. He has previously served in leading international law firms. He assists domestic and international clients in tax law, mainly corporate, financial, international taxation, and extraordinary transactions, having also had numerous assignments representing and defending leading clients in tax litigation.
During his professional career, he has assisted numerous clients in their tax wealth planning and the dynamics related to generational transition. In addition, he has gained significant experience in managing tax issues in business crises. He has been a lecturer in tax law at the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and schools of high specialization for the legal professions.
In addition, he has lectured as part of master’s degrees, advanced courses, and preparation for state exams organized by the Foundation and the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and Piacenza and several Italian universities; he has participated in several conferences on tax matters as a speaker.
He is a food (and wine!) lover and sports enthusiast, loves his family, nature, and good company, but most of all…situations where he finds a mix of all these.
