A lawyer with expertise in corporate law and corporate governance of companies (listed and unlisted), she is a partner in Studio Biscozzi Nobili Piazza, where, starting in 2005, she trained professionally alongside Prof. Raffaele Nobili.
She mainly provides legal advice in commercial law and financial markets for individuals and legal entities, including listed companies and supervised entities. He also works in contract law and arbitration (holding, among others, positions as president of the arbitration tribunal and sole arbitrator in proceedings handled by the Milan Chamber of Arbitration).
From 2004 to 2015, he collaborated with the chair of commercial law, first at the University of Urbino “Carlo Bo” and then at the University of Bergamo, where, in 2008, he won a one-year research grant at the Department of Legal Sciences researching “The new discipline of takeover bids: the rule of neutralization of prior defenses (so-called Breakthrough rule).”
Since 2019, she has been an adjunct lecturer in the master’s program “Polis maker for the quality of living and sustainable urban development” at the Politecnico di Milano, where she lectures on the legal regulation of startups and innovative SMEs, crowdfunding, and financial investment vehicles in the real estate sector (real estate funds, sicaf, sicav).
She is the author of publications on corporate governance of listed companies, real estate finance (siiq and non-performing loan), and equity crowdfunding, as well as a speaker at seminars and conferences on the subject of listed companies, asset management companies, listed real estate investment companies, real estate funds, real estate, and corporate governance.
She holds and has held positions on the boards of directors of companies (listed and unlisted); she is currently an independent director and member of the Nomination and Governance Committee of Banca Mediolanum, a director and member of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee of Lu-ve, an independent director, chairman of the Audit, Risk and Related Party Transactions Committee and member of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee of Aedes Siiq and Flowe, and a member of the 231 Supervisory Board of De’Longhi.
She is an associate of the Marisa Bellisario Foundation and NedCommunity, as well as a member of the tax & legal committee of Aifi.
