Maurizio Fraschini is a lawyer admitted to the Bar of Milan and Paris and a partner in the firm Plusiders. He focuses on M&A, real estate, and private equity transactions.
He graduated in law cum laude in Milan after an internship at the firm Gide Loyrette Nouel and a year of study in Paris as part of the Erasmus project.
He began his practice at the Paris and Milan offices of Coudert Brothers. Then he worked with prestigious international and Italian firms, including Hogan Lovells and Carnelutti, later becoming a partner at Studio Lombardi Molinari for over a decade.
