She graduated in Law from the University of Bologna in 2001 and joined BonelliErede in 2005, after a two-year experience as an associate at a leading Italian firm and a master’s degree (Llm) in the United States.
She is an expert in corporate Law, particularly in M&A and extraordinary finance transactions, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructuring, and turnaround.
She has dealt professionally with various industries, from retail, and energy, to financial services, telecommunications, transportation, insurance, and brokering.
She is a member of BonelliErede’s private equity and innovation and digital transformation focus teams. The latter was created in 2019 in response to the more urgent need than ever for companies to receive comprehensive legal and tax assistance at all stages of orientation in the complex world of digitalization and related growth opportunities.
