After graduating from law school, he specialized in business law with a Master’s degree from Bocconi University. He then devoted his early years in the profession to civil and commercial litigation, later gaining specific experience in corporate law, both contentious and extrajudicial (with a particular focus on extraordinary transactions).
He later decided to undertake an in-depth study of legal issues related to wealth planning, realizing the potential of a then-little-known field.
In the year 2015, he carried out a Master’s degree in Trust Law at the Association Il Trust In Italia (chaired by Prof. Maurizio Lupoi), of which he is now the local contact person for the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.
Cassation lawyer, managing partner of Studio Avvocati Campeis, where he heads the corporate department. He routinely advises on the protection, preservation, and transmission of family assets, corporate governance, and generational business transfers: topics on which he is a speaker at conferences and meetings and author of contributions in specialized journals. In addition, he has been a member of Step since 2020.
He is passionate about the business world, not only as a lawyer: he follows private equity and venture capital operations with particular interest; he is a partner in Venetwork S.p.a. (a Venice-based reality that brings together fifty entrepreneurs, active in business scouting and business re-start-up). He devotes his spare time to reading and sports: ski mountaineering, cycling, and scuba diving.
