He graduated from the University “Tor Vergata” of Rome with honors and held a doctorate in comparative and EU private law from the University of Macerata.
He is a member of the Rome Bar Association and Galante e Associati Studio Legale.
He has many years of experience in financial market law and deals mainly with asset management, investment funds, and insurance investment products. He advises regulating financial intermediaries, insurance companies, investment services, and collective asset management services.
He specializes in asset management and alternative investment funds, a sector in which he regularly assists Italian and foreign clients in the structuring of real estate transactions through Oicr (Funds or Sicaf), as well as in the insurance sector, a sector in which he assists Italian and foreign companies in the structuring of insurance investment products and their marketing. He also regularly helps with establishing and authorizing intermediaries qualified for collective asset management and managing related organizational, procedural, and governance issues.
An amateur marathon runner, he loves the sea and is passionate about travel and sports.
