About

An honors graduate in economics and business law from the Luigi Bocconi Business University, he gained study experiences in Brussels, London, and Dubai during his university career. He received the Achille and Giulia Boroli Foundation's graduation prize as the best Bocconi graduate of the academic year after discussing a thesis on the use of intangible assets in the tax strategies of multinational companies in the European Union. He then continued his studies in the field of Taxation with a master of science in Taxation at the University of Oxford, which he obtained with top marks (distinction). He also attended the advanced course in corporate tax governance at Milan State University with an Ey scholarship and the executive course on tax and regulatory profiles of the "digital economy" at SDA Bocconi school of management.

A lecturer and researcher on tax and accounting topics at Bocconi University and SDA Bocconi, he collaborates with SDA Bocconi's Tax and Accounting Observatory and, concurrently, with the transfer pricing forum. He focuses his research activities on corporate Taxation, particularly concerning European law, international Taxation, and tax governance. He collaborates as a researcher with the working party on tax & legal matters, where he researches various topics in tax law and public finance.

He gained experience in the area of transfer pricing and international Taxation at the legal and tax practice of a Big Four firm and in the area of European Taxation by working at the Department of Economics and Finance, Dg Ecfin, of the European Commission. He has worked with the Centre for budget and governance accountability - in India, at New Delhi, researching financial transparency in Southeast Asian countries. He is one of the founding members of the auditing firm Imperium Audit SpA.

Author of several articles in national and international journals such as International transfer pricing journal, Taxation and international trade, and Tax news. He participated in writing the book "Brexit: tax scenarios and opportunities for Italian professionals," published by Ipsoa - Wolters Kluwer Italia publishing house and presented at the Chamber of Deputies.

Passionate about rowing and chess, he has participated in several sports competitions. He loves to be fit and walks in the woods.
