He has been a member of the Lca law firm since 2005. He spent several years in the United States of America, working in the Boston and New York City offices of Sullivan & Worcester LLP. He regularly assists domestic and international clients in technology industries, especially new media, internet, software, e-commerce, It services, med-tech, and life science. Over the years, he has gained a wealth of experience in domestic and cross-border M&A and investment transactions and extraordinary finance transactions (both venture capital and debt).
He regularly assists issuers in IPOs, both on regulated markets and Mtf, with capital increases or for the issuance of convertible products, as well as listed and unlisted companies, on issues of corporate law, corporate governance, and regulatory aspects related to banking and finance. He represents well-known venture capital and private equity funds active in the high-tech and life science sectors in fund formation and investment transactions at all stages of company maturity.
A law graduate from the University of Genoa, he received his LL.M. in banking and financial law from the Boston University School of Law in 2009. A father of three daughters (plus a dog), he enjoys running, mountain biking, hiking, and cooking in his spare time.
